[HELP] A Special weapon glow

Well I found a special kind of glow but actually somehow it's not a glow I mean it's not controlled by env.int and it's automated by wep.grp here I got 2 screen of that special "blood" glow and I request any Developer to help me please or to create me that kind of glow if it's possible of course.
