Blood Weapon Glow

Hello everybody im new here and Iam impressed by this time , well Iam trying to find a special weapon glow it's like red's or fire's one but it's way different, I got a screen and I got also the full folder of the server it used to have it but it's closed and I have no idea how can I find it or if you already know so there it is :

This is glow from cursed weapons i think there are topics with that try to search...

So you want to know what file controls that glow..not sure what you want exactly. And yeah its just the glow for a leveled up cursed weap.
