Hello dear Maxcheater members,

 

I want to present you a brand new 200x High/Middle-Rate Server: http://www.L2Vanguard.de

The server is in germany located, but the community is international!

We have chosen to be 200x mixed with Middle-rate elements, so you may need to work for rare stuff :)

 

So here are the details:

 

 

RATES

 

EXP/SP/Adena: 200x

 

       * Party EXP/SP Mulitplicator: 1.2x

       * Pet EXP: 2x

 

    In a party are 30 Level difference above Level 40 possible.

 

Drop: 25x

 

       * Raid item amount/chance: 10x

       * Quest item amount/chance: 10x

       * Quest Reward item amount: 10x

       * Quest Reward EXP/SP/Adena: 100x

 

    Boss Jewels will always drop 1x not 10x.

    The Quest Reward counts for Quests like Zero Hour too.

 

Spoil: 20x

 

       * Manor item amount/chance: 10x

 

Vitality & Herbs:

 

       * Level 1: 10% Bonus -> 220x EXP

       * Level 2: 20% Bonus -> 240x EXP

       * Level 3: 30% Bonus -> 260x EXP

       * Level 4: 40% Bonus -> 280x EXP

 

    The amount of Vitality gained is a bit increased, anything else is retail like.

    All the other herbs except Life and Mana are removed.

 

ENCHANTING

 

Rates:

 

       * Safe Enchants: 4

       * Enchant Limit: 20

       * Normal Enchant Chance: 60%

       * Blessed Enchant Chance: 70%

       * Elemental Stone Chance: 30%

 

    Safe enchant and limit counts for Weapons, Armors and Jewels.

 

BUFFS

 

Time:

 

       * Buffs, Dances, Songs, Chants, Special: 1 hour

 

    Every buff except the selfbuffs and exclusive buffs like special kamael buffs are 1 hour.

    Even the Cat/Unicorn buffs and the Chants like Chant of Victory/Magnus.

 

Limit:

 

       * All Buffs: 32 + 4

       * Dances/Songs: 20

 

    +4 because of Divine inspiration (So a max. of 36). But you autolearn it, so don't worry.

 

FEATURES & EVENTS

 

Mana Potions

 

       * Restoring 500 Mana directly

       * No reuse

       * Expensive and heavy

 

Auto...

 

       * Loot

       * Skill learn until Level 80

       * Classchange

       * Subclass

 

    The autoloot doesn't count for Raidbosses.

    After Level 80 you'll need the Forgotten Scrolls which are buyable at the Luxury GM-Shop.

    Max. Level for subclass is still 80.

 

Hero every Month

 

Wedding

 

       * Costs 500kk

       * Formal Wear is needed for both player

 

    The NPC is located in the churche of the big cities

 

Team vs. Team PvP

 

       * Every 3 hours

       * At least 4 people needed to start (2 for each side)

       * Rewards: 50 Coins of Luck and 1.000.000 Adena for the winner

 

    Items aren't usable and you lose all your buffs which you had before.

    But you'll get some common buffs for fighter or mage at the beginning of the TvT.

    The NPC to register is located in Giran.

 

Squash Event

 

       * All monsters have a chance to drop Nectar, Small and Large Seeds

       * You can buy A Chrono Weapon in Giran

       * You can buy Seeds with Nectar in Giran too

 

    The Squash Event is the main method to optain Coins of Luck and Festival Adena.

    We may also add more random items later on.

    So you may wonder how the Event works? It is pretty easy:

    You collect Nectar and maybe some Seeds from the Monsters.

    With the Nectar you need to buy a Chrono Weapon first, without this you are not able to destroy a Squash.

    You can buy Seeds with Nectar too, or you just use those you have collected from Monsters.

    After you have spawned a small or large squash you need to destroy it with the Chrono weapon.

    But if you feed it with Nectar before destroying it, it may grow and have a higher chance of dropping Fa or CoL.

    Everything else you need to find out by yourself.

 

Legendary Monster

 

       * Elite Monsters, don't attack them alone (recommended)

       * Min. Level of a Legendary is 40, max. is 79

       * Rewards: Increased amount of EXP/SP/Adena, drop, spoil and Coins of Luck

       * Very low Spawnchance

 

    Those monsters show no mercy and aren't compareable with the weak Champion Monsters you may know from other Servers.

    It is really recommended to attack them with a minimum of 2 players.

    They also drop a random amount of Coins of Luck.

    A Light blue or blue Legendary has a lower chance of droping them (To stop farming on Low-level areas).

 

Trade & Inventory:

 

       * Offline Shops

       * Increased max. weight and slots

       * Increased amount of slots to sell, buy or trade items

 

    You just have to logout after you set up your Shop (No .offline command).

    The increased amount of slots are for the Warehouse and Clanwarehouse too. Especially dwarfes can carry more then the others.

 

Other Currency

 

       * Coins of Luck

       * Festival Adena

       * Ancient Adena

 

    Coins of Luck are optainable from Legendary Monster, TvT, Squashes and other Player.

    Festival Adena is optainable from Squashes, Events and other Player.

    Ancient Adena are optainable the default way, you can trade the Sealstones for AA at the Exchanger.

 

Mammons

 

       * The Merchant and Blacksmith of Mammon are always located in Shuttgard

 

    Regardless of the Sealperiod

 

 

NPC's

 

Global Gatekeeper

 

       * To nearly every place

       * Until Level 40 is it for free, then you need to pay a small fee

 

Buffer

 

       * You can create a set of buffs

       * You can buff Pets too

       * Single Buff price: 10.000 Adena

       * Set/Auto Buff price: 100.000 Adena

 

    This buffer has all buffs from all classes to offer (except exclusive buffs).

    You can create max. 4 sets. Healing and removing buffs is for free.

 

GM-Shop (Merchant)

 

       * Weapon, Armor and Jewels from D to B Grade

       * Scrolls from D to S Grade (Except blessed)

       * Consumables

       * Shots from No Grade to S

       * Crystals & Gemstones

       * Dyes

       * Clan items (Only for the level, not skill)

 

    The Merchant needs for some stuff Coins of Luck and Ancient Adena.

    It has the same prices which you'll find in the default shops.

    Items you won't find in shops are a lot more expensive (Shots for example).

 

Luxury GM-Shop

 

       * Weapon, Armor and Jewels from A to S Grade

       * Sells nearly the same stuff of the Merchant (buf for FA)

       * Forgotten Scrolls

       * Pets

       * Other items like Soul Crystals and so on

 

    The Luxury was once something like a donation shop, but we made him to a exclusive shop.

    For all the items you'll need Festival Adena.

 

Hellbound Trader

 

       * Sells Recipes & Materials for Dynasty

 

    To buy the items you'll need Ancient Tomes of Demons. Those are optainable by hunting Monsters on Hellbound.

 

Exchanger

 

       * Exchanges CoL to Fa and the other way

       * Exchanges Sealstones to Ancient Adena
