This program will let you browse all your brushes (.abr) without opening Photoshop. You can open folder with all your Brushes, change thumbnail size or export thumbnails images.

.NET Framework 1.1 is needed to install it.

So you had bad copy or don't know how to use it, anyway this is working, I'm using it all the time, very usefull when you need to find a brush without opening Ps :>
