A week ago you set up a render and sig shop,I was the first to order a sig,---still nothing

2 days ago you requested or asked for adena first so that the sig will be done quicker, so I sent to Sofaki 2.5k adena on the 22/8 after 2 days i still have not received my signature,Have you girls still have a shop or have you closed it? if yes i would like my sig or if you have closed it please a refund of my adena.

I beleive others must have the same problem.
