[Request] Registeration Script for free website

Hello i'm searching on this site for a very Long time but can't find anything that really works

 

So I want a script or an html code and a guide to move my registeration on my website...

 

As i Said i'm using a free provider UCOZ dont need anything simple but a can evolve it if it is...

 

i need something that has spam account protection

 

Let's say something like 1 account per 10 min per ip and something like that or an image code protection

 

Sorry if my search wasn't enough and if that thing i want is already shared but can't really find it

You can put account manager on ucoz site because ucoz dont accept php codes and the account manager must coded on php.

What free provider would you propose me that has the flexibility of ucoz and excepts php codes generally all the code types?
