Already searched for "Underwear Patch" but I just found underwear for kamael char for CT2.3.

underwear patch have nothing common with any nude/stocks/transparent patches

cause those are custom

and underwear is official ncsoft stuff (one of many unavailable for players by default) no textures and animations required
