L2J free Problem

Hi EveryBody. i have one l2j server and i have problem.if i go on buffer or another i cant get buffs.write: You are either not carrying out your quest or don't meet the criteria

Make sure that here C:\server\gameserver\data\jscript\custom\ u can see 9999_NPCBuffer is the custom for the buffer.Also what pack do u use?Maybe i can find another error.
