I think yes, its a pawnviewer, but i never used it, and i think is for test things like armors and skills right?

For a live server? This can be use on localhost. It will open only your client so you will be not connected to any server.

  because you're not encrypting your files with l2encdec. either encrypt the file or rename it, change it's extension to '.u' and put it in the system folder

  Hello MxC community. have issue with Unreal trying to make add some stuff in to my communityboard but having problem with unreal, allways getting error: "Files are coruppted.." Maybe someone could help me to solve why it's like that?
