L2Server is designed for Windows 2003 and will not run with Windows 2008 unless it's adjusted for it like my pack but even tho its better to use Windows 2k3.. But you have most prolly dvamp so ur only choice is 2003.. anyway, the only difference between 2k3 and 2k8 is the firewall..
