Ok lemme clarify:

 

It's not an MMORPG.It's a game to play with your friends (mature friends only, otherwise is a deep-shit fail).You gather in one home, let's say 5 people, the one of the 5 is the storyteller (he's saying the story of the game, your character, is involved).Each other player has a character sheet, a piece of paper where he writes his character's statistics, skills, hit points etc...So imagine you are the character, you speak representing your character, you take the decisions in the story and generally if you know the world of darkness then a good storyteller can amaze you veeery well.It's called pen & paper cause it only needs one pen and a paper to write your character's profile.Then everything happens on your mind and believe me, it's an amazing game.

 

The only cost to play the game is to buy the rulebook.

PS: Forgot to say, you have to have some dice to roll (20-sided-dice usually) to check if you succeed in some actions etc...
