1st one: how can i see the other players inventory?? (if possible not search for the ids separetly)

2nd one: how can i enchant skills not from master but from an admin or insie the database???

Alt + G and view invectory ( target to character needed )

you have to find the skill in the character_skills table and set the level of it. if you want +1 enchant set 101 if +2 set 102 etc.
