Is it allowed to spam OFFICIAL SPAM TOPICS with YouTube videos/songs?

i know there is no rule,but it's really annoying and it's out of the purpose of topic many times

there are several topics to post YouTube videos/songs,must it be done in Offficial Spam Topics?

I am doing lessons at MBS (Mediterranean Business School) [http://www.mbs.edu.gr/Default.aspx] at afternoons so i cant be online for few hours every day .

 

 

As i can see he got bored and stopped doing it, so..locked.
