There is no secret, just simple record from game video and with any program edit them as did sofaki. :)

Dunno or its possible, maybe with somekind plugin.. Personaly I using sonyvegas, but that program sux. :F

How I used to do it: fraps -> Virtualdub to make image sequence -> Adobe imageready: Folder of images -> edit in photoshop -> when ready save for web (.GIF)

 

I want to request one too, but seriously take it easy, cause apparently everyone want this :p
