Enchant is only luck...!

You can configure this option when you have your own server..!

 

How much % broke and how much % done..

Or how success enchant will have

Exp:

EnchantSuccesfull=78 % etc..!

 

Ok.. it sounds crazy 25 scrolls in 5 min but it the truth..!

*Btw look around the hero's with +7  and +8 weaponS..!

I not played at this server, but i can answer at your questions:

1) Heros or sombd else with weapons +8 +12 - it is normal.

2) They not have +16, +25 - becouse it impossible.
