question about l2 dex server

good morning.i wanted to start in a low rate server and i choosed l2 dex server.joined the site and i notised there is a server named 'arion'..anybody knows the exp rate and the population?

Arion is DEX's newest server. Rates are x4. Its population is 2-4 k

so it has the same features like dex?any sugestion where to start? ::)
