Can't Cancel Augument

Hey. I'm using l2j epilogue. I put on me augument and I can't remove it.

The problem is 2 friends of mine can.. and others 3 can't..

Why some people can and some people can't?

 

EDIT: Problem solved. I didn't see the box, it was hidden in bottom right of the screen.
