I dont think there are rly high poputaled l2off high rate with english community .There should be some russ high rate witch use l2off and got great online number but l2off donest matter on russ server beause they rly have great files that almost all have skill working like retail  ( but just few server ofc ) =))

Retail is not that populated. Their online counts are arround 1k-1.5k with Teon as exception, having max 2.5k online.

There are many servers with higher population than retail.

 

I think that the list was regarding private servers...

Lineage2.com will merg all server. I guess 1 EU and 1Us. Bartz+sayha+Aria+Pheonix+devinna= New North american server witch should have up to 5k at weekend.

Teon+franz+luna = New EU server should have up to 4k at weekend.

    • ZonePvPSpawnBossRadio=0 ZonePvPSpawnBossBarakiel=0 at the Customs.ini in L2Server folder. Im prety sure this is it because i had the same problem with you in cruma 1 floor for example and i couldn't fix it but i fixed it finally by changing these 2 lines
