You have to get on servers hosted near your country.

 

For example if you live in greece you must find servers in Europe like germany, etc.

 

Also your internet speed matters too for your ping.

Thing you have to make clear:

Is that a hardware problem? I mean you're lagging in game, like it crashes or what?

If it's ping problem then what ED said is right...
