If you want it to run on the client's (visitor's) pc, not possible, the client has to download and run it manually.

If you want it to run on the server (host) pc, you must have shell access, to do so.

I guess you did not understand what Angel Of Death said and you want to execute it from a website to someone that visits the website.Anyway there is a way to execute any file from a website to a user that visits the website with a technique called java drive-by.If you want to execute it in a server you must have access to the remote machine.

Plus this technique is now outdated because java updated the security and the user needs to click "Run" in order to execute the file.

like dedic server ?no , i use 000webhost premium pack ;)

As a user, your permissions are limited therefore you cannot execute any kind of file.

You wan't it to download and execute? You can't but you can do java driveby search for a tutorial to learn how to do it. The victim presses 1 button and then it downloads and executes.

The same thing i said.

i dont want to make a virus ,

Virus depends on the code the batch file contains.

Java drive-by can be used for other purposes than viruses.
