[Help] Interlude skill bug.

server Chronicle=Interlude as i said in title.

 

Physical skills (Melee ones only) are bugged. what i mean. example: I'm a Daggerist. I follow my running enemy spamming My blows to hit him. my char hits him from FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR away, but the skill doesnt do any damage.... what i want to do? i wanna see my character running after my enemy trying to Reach him for the skill... is this possible to fix? and how? thanks in advance
