{HELP} Hellbound and Seed Of Destruction

I download the last rec of l2j server but have one bug when i try toenter in Seed Of Destraction nothing happends the NPC don't teleport me in for Dungeon Expertise please help me with that

And Second problem is with Hellbound whn i try to go to Anatomic Foundary ageins from NPC nothing happend , don't teleprot me in Anatomic

and the last problem is with Iron Gate in HB is close and and idk how to open it to can other players to pass to legendary blacksmith or somewere. I try to open with GM command but in same time she close automaticly, ,idk if need quest for that or whatever please help

Maybe those features are not implemented.

About the door,try the //kill command,not just //open.
