I dunno what proof of delivery is.

 

They asked me Proof of address, proof of ID and one more that i can't remember right now xd

Ask them for information they'll be glad to support you.

Just dont use paypal, its the biggest fail ever.. people can issue refund and get money back, idiotic limations without a reason and u cant use ur account... i lost 500 euro for that idiotic paypal.
