Thats not vectors :D,thats some random brushes. Colors are weak,the focal is messy,you covered her face with lines i can't even focus on any part of it. The text made my day " Don't say nothing!" it must be anything but yeah language problems. It's all random brushes and no right placement,lack of depth and good light source.
