Problem with no-ip

Hi i made a new l2 java server gracia final.I login everything is fine with 127.0.0.1

and i registered for no-ip i downloaded and i put it in my friend's system folder.

But when my friend try connect and press login nothing happens just saying

you are currently loging in.Please wait a moment. and nothing happens..

Any ideas?

i have opened in my modem router the ports:7777, 2106 , 9014

maybe you have internal ip and here is the problem because no one can enter to you on the server, if you want make server for fun use program hamachi you can download this from here this program is easy to use :)
