[phx][problem] pls help me

I have a problem with phx on l2inc.. (I think phx works there :P)

So I bought a weapon and I see a package

6B 85 1A 06 00 01 00 00 00 2E 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 (helmet d grade for test)

I changed it to

6B 85 1A 06 00 02 00 00 00 2E 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

I should receive +1 right? but nothing happens... receives nothing...

 

If i sent first package i got helmet +0 so it works...

 

What i doing wrong?
