Cannot edit weapongrp.dat

I want to add some weapons in my server..... everything works fine , I add the weapons in itemname-e.dat and when I open  weapongrp.dat gives me an error telling that cannot find C:/Users/xxx/AppData/Local/Temp/RarSFX1/temp/weapongrp.txt

......OK

 

I find on maxcheaters.com l2fileedit v0.9 (downloaded and test it) it open weapongrp.dat.... but when I want to save it, it gives same error .........

 

What should I do ??

check version system you have, maybe who make this work do it with old version of system and no updated
