I dont think you will find easy safe = max so i suggest you this cause you can easily get full gear in 2 - 3 hours.

He never bothered to update the announcements and the in game pop-up. Neither did he update the site. The downtime was from a while ago. L2 Meredith is pretty good for a safe/max server. I reccomend it.
