Here is server and client patch to implement symbols, tattoo's in other words

Edit+encode yours client files and edit yours server files. I fix some mistyping in client/server datafiles with dyes and henna (like dye_c1c1_c)

the problems with equip/unequip, sets, as RmzVoid said - exists.
