How to block annoying advertisements?

First you need this https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/downloads/latest/1865/addon-1865-latest.xpi?src=homepagebrowse

then click left mouse button on advertisements which you dont want to see and select block image, there goes a table and press add filter, and vuolia!

I use adblock plus, its quite awesome plus it got updated before few hours :]

heh, you are gold member in this forum, so you dont see advertisements and you dont need any additional programs. :)

its quite useful tho on other websites & it block all pop up windows.

 

Also, we (staff) even have this advertisement bar and i blocked it.
