[HELP]Is it dangerous?

I searched in my pc for .bat files for fun and i found 9 FILES only(cuz the search was only for files).So,their destination is in AdminMod/scripting/myscripts and i don't know this destination o.o

Finally they are dangerous,do i have to delete them?
