Ok let I make it all clear to you . The server Opened BETA phase (I do not have more info about this matter) . The admin atm is fixing the already known bugs/errors/glitches and others so until they are fixed the server wont run normally like now it is restarting and you cant login etc. etc.  . . . . So it did open it wasn't a complete failure because players found bugs and admin started to fix them . The time expected for fixing the now-known bugs/errors/glitches is unknown [perhaps 4h non stop (?) ] So i think it will function normally by tommorow till the players find more forks in the server :)
