I'm thinking about making a server and I was wondering what to do... find one dedicated server and pay around 80 euros per month or upgrade my pc?

my pc has:INTEL CORE 2 DUO E7500 2.93 GHZ

              4 GB DDR2 RAM(I'll upgrade to 8GB)

              3x Hard Drives total 600 gb

              but internet connection :787193643.png

 

any suggestion?
