i have a little problem , i dont have steam and i dont know how to add noforces ...if some1 can explain how to do it would be awesome

 

Click right on counter-strike than in my games —-> proprieties —> set launch options —> -noforcemaccel -noforcemparms -noforcemspd -freq 100 (for crt monitors) for LCD use -freq 75
