[HELP]Why i get this 'error'?

I'm trying to remove some IPs from my server's banlist and i can't.All time i get this error:Bad Filter[number].

Can someone explain me what the hell is this and how can i remove it,or anyway?

I think the ip is wrong,you dont write ok or something.

exemple:89.32.45.21.25 (tell me if is like this,dosn't matter tha class of ip)

Well,this ip is valid but it says that it can't found.I know this is not in my banned list but when i want to remove some IPs of the banned list i get this error:Bad filter address: -25

Also i don't know what the first shit is.(VALVE ID PENDING)

Valve Id Pending is not an banned user,also the ip as you entered is not corectly,as i think is on all class 94.68. and -25,-36 dosnt was to be there to ban an ip,you a command like this admin_banip 94.68.36.21,this is a right ip,you banned all class  8)

I use AMX mod and my friend used the command: Amx_banip "name"

As i know for amxmodx the ban command is amx_ban name,or amx_addban ip i dont know if is right amx_banip name bcs you say banip and you put a name,anyway you ban a ip class  :(
