[HELP]Any idea?

I joined to a russian server by mistake and from then,when i load to join another server,the loading screen(i mean below the bars)has a russian site and other shit.I can't add photos.Any idea how to remove it?

PS:I have tried the uninstall-install but nothing.

I had the same problem with Russian  and I downloaded another cs and voila it was ok :)
