I didn't recieve any email saying it was going to charge again.

I also do not see any place allowing me to unsubscribe.

Make your bank, or credit card refuse auto payments.. Thats what I did when I couldnt unsubscribe to something, can't remember what

Most of the time the auto charge every month is otional and the site (in this case paypal) has a check box option to enable or not this method of payment.

Better try to block it with your bank, so it can't get it off your acc
