[HELP]Can't really find how to put custom sounds @ CSS

As the topic's subject says ,Can't really find how to put custom sounds @ CSS.

Searched.

Didn't find something that helped me,tried whatever...nothing happened.

I did the following , which was what all those guides i found telling me to do :  

Went to the following directory :C->Program Files->Steam->Steamapps->(my name)->Counter Strike Source->cstrike->Sound.

When i went to the directory i mentioned before,i found no folder called "weapons" as the guides where saying,in order to put the .wav files inside,so i created one called "weapons".

There,i put all the .wavs of the sounds i wanted to have,but i still can't listen to them.

Restarted the game,restarted steam and even restarted the computer,after i did all this stuff,but nothing happened.Still the old sounds.

 

Anyone can tell me what to do?
