Even with great preconfgigured it suck, you know why? Because you dont have source, ok there are soultions to edit core even if its already compiled, but.

 

Pack with source > preconf.

As You said, its only customized, so my advice, dont use it for serious server project.

It mean, you shouldnt use PRECONFIGURED PACKST, but:

 

- DOWNLOAD source from SVN, add your changes, protection, fixes etc, and compile it.

 

If you still dont know what I mean, use search a bit and type "compile".
