Patch/system Creator

Hallo guys.I want a program to create new system file.patch or whatever with a help guide please.

If is possible i want to change my system file and put a good GG and some other stuff.like unlimited zoom-glows on weapons etc.

You need fileedit to edit any files located in your system folder.
