my question is if someone can tell me how do I get started with a frenzy at the Olympics

buy heavy doom armor, a weapon with sa blessed body,hom sword with sa converison. Equip armor and hom then equip the weap with blessed body and try to make the buff to yourself. If you dont make it with the first time equip again hom and after the weap with blessed body until you get the skill. Then equip your normal armor and .... hp ready for frenzy :D

also you can take and a pole to low your hp ifhe other dont work. (with the skill earthquake)
