Un studiu recent efectuat la New York a relevat faptul ca pe langa cresterea in greutate datorita retinerii apei, creatina a accelerat activitatea metabolica. --------------------------------- prin urmare, te ingrasi cu apa nu ? dar ajuta si la slabire, nu sunt cunoscator in "proteine" dar stiu ca unii colegi luau creatina ca sa ii defineasca, mai exact sa elimine grasimile. fapt pt care eu iti recomand 3 mese si nu 5 da forta si energie Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
