Not using a condom is the silliest thing you can ever do. Also some viruses like HIV, also known as Aids cannot be detected by the firsts weeks/months. Even if she had a checkup (as she says) it might not be accurate. Go at a doctor and ask to examine you, he'll take a blood sample and you'll get the results.

 

Even sleeping naked with someone else is dangerous, having sex with her without precautions is like killing yourself.
