[Help] Server creation

hello everyone ....i want to open a new l2 server...I WANT TO IMPROVE MY DEV Skils...so i want a guide how i can open new server,,,step by step...it would be helfull if some1 will speak nicely:) thx in advance,,

Lol man there is a magic button oon the top of the screen called search........

You are not moderators. So you can't say that it's in wrong section or like downunder said to lock it.

 

If you want to help him , do it and then request to lock it. Don't make a reply by saying to lock the topic or to move it in the right section.
