[Help]Fallout 3's expansions seems to not work correctly

hi guys,i added for example the Pitt expansion,i add it through datafile,game start correctly but when i am IG what should I do?does the expansions work with non original game?or maybe is because i am still at the first missions(find the tecnology museum) and i must go on to get the signal?

 

 

edit:solved,fallout 3 launcher is bugged and I must use FOMM(fallout mod manager) to check the expansions and make them work..request to lock
