Problem with subtitles

Hi dudes...i bought a new laptop from bulgaria and what ever program i used(bsplayer-kmplayer-gom)when i try to put a greek subtitle into the movie...subtitles appears...but is not in greek is in one unkown language....what i must do??

Reinstall your windows. Use a GR version of it.

control panel > Regional and language options > advanced

 

add greek language, it will ask for the windows cd

 

then you restart the pc and its ok :)
