There are too many high rates server already out there. To get ppl's attention u need auto events and stuff like that.

omg guys, rty READING first! as i said, server is not online yet, its in development, thats why we dont have ppl! we havent yet added it at HZ, or any other "real" voting site, or search engine so that ppl can view it and join!
