[help] eror (non-steam) CS:S

what is that and how can I fix it?

Go here and click there where says Copy MasterServers.vdf

 

when you download this file go to C:\games\Counter-Strike Source\platform\config\ and paste the file you download there

 

or go C:\Program Files\Steam\config\ and paste the downloaded file there

 

this is for xp

 

if you have vista do this what i will say you

 

go to the Source.exe icon and press right click>properties>compatibility and check at the Use of this program with this user's privilage or something like this and then press ok

 

And you are OK!

I play cs:S no steam.. its the same?

I think that i undrestand what happend...

 

before some weeks when I was pressing serach for servers it shown me only non steam server.. now it shows me all servers... how can i make it show me only non steam servers?

this is for non-steam server this i shared for steam i don't know what's the problem there

Re-install CS and it will be fine . Otherwise you cna get this kind of message if your account is not validated or stopped.

hmm i didn't undertood that.. (i am a litle noob at cs) can you explain beter?

When you log ingame  open your console and write connect and then write the IP of the server f.e

 

Connect 84.12.204.84:27015
