So when it comes in counter-strike 1.6 check in the console and type eg. :

 

bind "l" "cl_lw 1"
bind "p" "cl_lw 0"[/cpde]

Then you join a particular server will let the CTRL and press "L" and then "p" then the target will rise and will remain like press and hold CTR.

Use it at your own risk..
