This server is pure WASTE OF TIME thx , this is not  interlude pvp server [  u know nothing about balance ]  when u fuk the chars skill and u add some super casting time and when u add some insane re-use delay and when u remove basic skills and put em to passive  and when u change chars stats ...... THIS DOESN'T MEAN  BALANCE  t, his  =  a  stupid admin is  doing what he wants living in total illusion !!!!!
